Did birth control make your boobs bigger

1:no-pregnancy does.

2:I was watching that show called HOUSE and this lady accidentally ate birth control pills that were for her daughter and she went back to the hospital and her breasts were way bigger, so my answer is a yes, but you can’t trust all TV shows.

3:since birth control has hormones in them then yes it can make your boobs bigger. the chemicals that are in those pills “trick” the body into thinking that you are in affect “pregnant”. when a person that is pregenant gets high levels of these hormones it makes there boobs bigger. so it’s just doing the same thing with you.

4:I think it made them just a tiny bit bigger – I went up a bra size not long after taking them, but that may just be because I was growing. Not sure.

5:Yes it did,i was 16 when i started taking the pill & i thought it was great as up till then i was only an A cup & i went up to a C cup!!!

6:mirena coil did, made them tender too, more so than with natural periods
went up at least a cup size but varies so I have to have 2 different sizes of bra!

7:i think the birth controll works differently for different people because we all have different types of bodies. it didnt enlarge my boobs they only became tender. it would be great if they could do that espacially if they remained big after stopping its us. and nobody would have to go under the kinfe that much

8:NOT…. Sweetie I have been on B-control 4..6 yrs & my TATAS r still a 32B…But I weigh 112 & have a Sz 2 waist so big ones would b wierd..PILLZ “DO NOT” =BIGGER ONES!!!!

9:Um,… Yeah you could say that. I went from a 36 C cup to a 40 DD. pregnanncy could have had something to do with it, but after the birth of my second child, I went back on the pill and they grew to a 42G cup. OH my achin back!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

10:well it didnt make mine bigger bc i never took birth control but i have a friend that did and now shes a C-cup and before she was almost flat.. and not only did it make her boobs bigger but she used to be a twig and now shes got a lil meat on her bones

i’m going through puberty. gaining weight?

ok so i used to be the skinniest person ever! But now im noticing that my belly is chubby D:

im not really … you know fat… but i do have some extra stuffs on me :P

i got my period a year ago when i was 11 (im a month away from being 13 tho.) im 4 foot 11 inches (pretty short) and 94 lbs i do about 300 crunches everyday and 100 push ups everyday and i watch what i eat but im still the same

so what im asking is for someone to explain to me why this happens, because some of my friends are still really skinny !! :(

and also some tips maybe i can do every day that will help me

Get involved in a sport. I suggest swimming or track. It is very VERY good excersice. I don’t think 300 crunches and 100 pushups is enough. I mean to get a good work out you have to actually break a serious sweat and be exhausted afterwards.

The SmartLipo Laser Advantage

By: Katrin Rogers
SmartLipo is a newer laser assisted liposuction procedure being performed in

most parts of the world. It is a tried and tested laser therapy which was

initially practiced in Italy in Europe. Now other countries like Japan, USA

and South American countries have started performing this laser liposuction

which has many added advantages. It was approved by the Food and Drugs

Administration in November 2007.

SmartLipo involves using a laser body sculpting workstation. This is

manufactured by Cynosure which is an American Company that produces

laser and light-based source equipment for the health industry. The device

was approved by FDA for laser assisted liposuction.

The SmartLipo procedure involves introducing a laser probe through a tiny

incision in the skin at the treatment site and passing laser pulses to

liquefy the fat at that site. The Smartlipo LaserBodySculpting Workstation

delivers a 1064-nm Nd: YAG laser fiber through a probe. The laser probe is

very delicate and thin. It is about 1mm – 2mm in diameter. So the skin

incision that is needed to introduce this probe is very small.

Laser liposuction or SmartLipo is an outpatient procedure and is done under

local anesthesia. There is no need for any special preparation at the

beginning of procedure. The doctor after examining the candidate to see

whether he is fit, injects a fluid at the treatment site. This injection

contains anesthetic drug to make the procedure painless, other drugs to

make the site bloodless to prevent blood loss.

The laser probe after insertion in to the treatment is operated by doctor to

deliver laser pulses. These laser pulses melt the fat at the treatment site

which is removed by the blood. A few doctors also suck the excess liquefied

fat not removed by the blood through a cannula introduced through the skin.

In this procedure, there is no need to move the equipment to and fro to the

extent done in the traditional liposuction procedure. This obviously

decreases the tissue trauma and subsequent bleeding. Moreover the laser

pulses coagulate the tissue around the treatment site and this again helps in

controlling the bleeding.

The laser in addition to liquefying the fat also induces the tissue to lay

down collagen. This collagen contracts and makes the skin over the

treatment site tight. This prevents the formation of any loose skin folds and

makes the treatment site perfectly blend with the body contour.

The procedure of SmartLipo takes relatively less time. Each session of

treatment lasts for approximately 45 minutes to one hour. Since the laser

probe is very small, the incision made does not require any suturing. Since

no suturing is done, no ugly scar results. Also the results become evident

within a week and the results are permanent since the fat cells are destroyed

and removed.

Benefits of daily Diet to lose weight

Trying to lose weight may be the real American pastime. We’ve tried all the diets: cabbage, ice-cream, low-carb, high-carb, South Beach, fruit, Weight Watchers, Jenny Craig, and more. In addition, you may have found yourself enticed to try the latest and greatest weight loss gimmick from the amazing results your friends have experienced since starting to follow their new diet. Unfortunately, you may not be experiencing the same “amazing” weight loss as your friends or those people in the before-and-after ads for different diets.

Some of the diets and programs listed above are doomed to fail. Does anyone really think he or she can eat ice cream at every meal and still lose weight over the long term? Many other food programs and diets are based on sound nutritional science. So why are only some diets, and some dieters, successful? Well, just as we’re not all equally good at painting, singing, or distance running, not all of us can lose weight the same way.

Individualization is one key to success. Even though many programs, such as Weight Watchers and Jenny Craig, use “canned programs,” their counselors and group leaders have been taught to customize the rules to meet clients’ needs. Diets that impose the same expectations on all who follow them are less likely to lead to success because they fail to consider your specific needs or concerns.

How can you make the most of your weight loss efforts?

Avoid following the “diet of the week.”
Remember the key to success is moderation, not elimination.
Make your dietary changes realistic so they can become part of your long-term lifestyle.
Don’t expect a magic bullet. Changes in intake (calories in) coupled with increased physical activity (calories out) are your key to success.
Consider seeing a nutrition professional or registered dietitian who can work with you to customize a diet to meet your needs.

In 2010 6 of the food lets you easily lose weight

If you’re looking for creative (and delicious!) ways to enhance your weight loss efforts, here’s a fresh collection of six slimming foods you should add to your repertoire. I’m a firm believer that dieting and losing weight doesn’t mean you have to subsist on bland, boring cardboard. With that in mind, I’ve put together a list of strategic skinny eats, each of which has its own unique way of satisfying your taste buds while blunting your appetite. I encourage you to peruse my list and use these tasty bites to your advantage!

    1. Pumpkin Pudding: Decadent, creamy pudding for less than 150 calories–and it helps you lose weight! Just combine a 6-ounce container of nonfat vanilla yogurt with ? cup canned 100% pure pumpkin puree and a dash of cinnamon. The pumpkin bulks up the yogurt–already a protein-rich, nutrient-packed food–and adds a hefty dose of fiber. This winning combo of protein and fiber expands in your stomach, keeping you full long after you finish, so you’re not looking for more munchies an hour later.

    2. Vegetable Soup: Studies have shown that just by starting a meal with a fiber-rich bowl of broth-based veggie soup, you can reduce your total calorie intake by 20 percent. That’s because this “veggie first course” helps to fill you up, so you wind up eating less at the main meal.

    3. Cucumber Tomato Salad:  Thanks to their high percentage of water (95%!), cucumbers are low-calorie, high volume, and top-notch for weight loss! Slice up one whole cucumber plus a medium tomato, then toss with light vinaigrette or unlimited vinegar (balsamic or red wine is delish) plus 1 teaspoon olive oil. The entire salad has only 125 calories!

    4. Ginger Green Tea: Nursing a warm mug of tea is a calorie-free way to de-stress after a long day without falling prey to emotional eating. As an added bonus, research suggests that regularly drinking green tea may give you a slight calorie-burning advantage. Steep your tea with a thin slice of ginger root for an extra punch of flavor.

    5. Fiery Chicken Salad: Adding a few dashes of fiery hot sauce to your food slows down your eating big time so you’re less likely to eat past the point of fullness. For a simple lunch, whip up a chicken salad with diced chicken breast, 1 tablespoon reduced-fat mayo, hot sauce to taste, and any diced veggies on hand. Serve over a bed of lettuce (and have a glass of water handy!).

    6. Shrimp Cocktail: At around 8 calories a piece, shrimp are a fabulous source of lean protein, which helps rev your metabolism and keeps you feeling full for hours. Next time you dine out, start your meal with a shrimp cocktail appetizer. When you’re eating at home, dunk your shrimp in this could-not-be-easier cocktail sauce recipe: simply combine 1 tablespoon ketchup with 1 teaspoon bottled horseradish.

    Deceptive Weight-Loss Drugs Hurt me

To be fair, though, the two latest FDA-approved weight-loss drugs — orlistat (Xenical or Alli over the counter) and sibutramine (Meridia) — haven’t produced spectacular results, either.

A recent analysis of 264 studies that compared people taking either of these two drugs with those taking a placebo found that the drug-takers lost an average of less than 8 lbs., or about 5 percent of their mean total body weight – 6.5 lbs. in the 16 trials of orlistat, and 8 lbs. in the 10 trials of sibutramine.

The authors pointed out that even these modest positive results may be overblown, since 90 percent of the trials were funded by the manufacturers of the drugs themselves. And, as is common with trials of weight-loss drugs, between 30 percent and 40 percent of the subjects dropped out of the studies, possibly due to disappointment with the small weight losses or to side effects from the drugs.

Even such small reductions in weight are, of course, not to be sneezed at. They can lower blood pressure, help to prevent diabetes in people at risk, and improve blood glucose control in those who already have diabetes.

But it is important to recognize that neither of these drugs is the long-awaited “miracle” weight-loss pill. These medications cannot produce the amount of weight reduction needed by most obese individuals unless accompanied by a calorie-restricted diet and exercise.

While both drugs are safe, they can each cause troublesome side effects. Since orlistat works by blocking the action of an intestinal enzyme that digests fats, this undigested fat is lost in the stools. Common side effects include crampy pain, urgency, increased defecation, flatulence, and oily stools. The manufacturer suggests that people taking orlistat take a change of clothes with them to work. Users may also need to take a daily vitamin pill to replace fat-soluble vitamins lost in the stools.

Sibutramine lessens appetite by raising levels of the neurotransmitters serotonin, norepinephrine, and dopamine in the brain. Its most common side effects are dry mouth, headaches, constipation, and insomnia. People with heart disease or uncontrolled high blood pressure are warned to use this drug only with caution because it slightly increases both blood pressure and pulse rate.

What about using these two drugs in combination? In one study, orlistat produced no further weight loss when added to the regimen of obese women who had already been taking sibutramine for one year.

A third weight-loss drug, rimonabant, was also included in the analysis. Rimonabant produced a somewhat greater average weight loss of 10 lbs. compared with the placebo. But this highly promising drug recently failed to obtain FDA approval because it was associated in these trials with worsening depression and anxiety, especially in people with a history of such disorders.

Although rimonabant is approved in some European countries and its manufacturer is continuing trials with the drug, it is by no means certain that rimonabant will ever become available in the U.S.

Professor guide you eat more energy

Most of us want to feel clearheaded and on our game from morning ‘til night. The happy truth is, you can find more pep even if, like me, you can’t always find more pillow time. The amazing energy enhancer I’m referring to? Healthy, delicious food! Specifically, lean protein, complex carbs, foods high in vitamin C and high-fiber fruits and veggies.

As anyone who has ever experienced a sugar crash knows, the bites you nibble have the power to make you feel spunky or completely spent. Make tiny tweaks to what you put in your mouth—say, by having an egg sandwich instead of a roll with jam for breakfast—and you’ll enjoy the invigorating effects all day. Keep your motor revved with these mojo-lending strategies.

Energy enhancer: Pack your breakfast with protein.
Less is more may apply to some things in life, but not breakfast. Rather than skimp on your premiere meal of the day breakfast (or worse, skip it entirely), aim for a bite that boasts at least 5 grams of protein—it spurs the production of norepinephrine, a neurochemical that increases your heart rate and makes you feel more alert. Eggs are always a good bet. Because protein digests slowly, your blood sugar and energy levels stay constant. Adios, doughnut daze!

A recipe for pep: Tucson Breakfast “Burro”

Energy enhancer: Squeeze in more vitamin C.
You know that too few zzz’s lead to wooziness, but you may not realize that a shortage of C can have the same fatiguing effect. About 30 percent of women don’t get enough vitamin C—that’s a lot of yawning! Vitamin C produces carnitine, a molecule that transfers fatty acids to cells where they’re converted into energy. Too little carnitine compels your body to use carbs or protein for energy instead, which spurs lactic acid to accumulate in tissue and fatigue muscles. Get 75 milligrams of C daily by munching an orange or a kiwifruit (about 70 mg per fruit), steaming a cup of broccoli (74 mg) or savoring a cup of strawberries (89 mg).

    A recipe for pep: Ambrosia

Energy enhancer: Crunch and munch ’round the clock.
Spacing out your meals more than three or four hours apart may make you feel, well, spacey. Going a whole afternoon without a nibble causes your blood sugar to plummet, which makes your body think it’s starving and often triggers a binge (cue the carb coma). A better stay-svelte strategy: Aim to eat every three to four hours by having five mini-meals of about 350 calories each, along with two 100-calorie snacks. Click here for 30 slimming snacks you’ll love.

A recipe for pep: Guacamole con Frutas

Energy enhancer: Be an iron woman. (Not to be confused with the triathlon goal!)
Iron is essential, and many women are walking around borderline anemic without knowing it. This mineral delivers oxygen to your muscles, increasing energy levels. Aim to get about 18 milligrams of iron daily—the amount in a cup of MultiGrain Cheerios—to stay pumped. Bring the Os in a baggie to fend off an afternoon slump. Spinach, pumpkin seeds and kidney beans are also rich in iron—toss ‘em in your salad to savor the bennies! Popeye would be proud.

Find a Weight Loss Program That Works For You

    By: Philip Nicosia
Millions of people struggle with weight issues every yearand despite claims that a wonder diet can work for everybody, the fact is that each of those individuals have a medical history, a personality, or a lifestyle issue that affects whether or not that weight control technique will help them shed those pounds.

But while nothing works for everybody, there is something that will work for youand the challenge is to find it, identify it, and stick to it.

For some people, appetite control is extremely difficult. Some weight loss programs try to tackle that problem by delving into the psychological issues behind food (these are the total lifestyle body makeovers, whose techniques include keeping a food journal and coming to terms with ones body image). Others address the problem through metabolism, introducing or removing certain foods in ones diet that are said to either trigger appetite. Still others, like diet pills, act as appetite suppressants. Other programs rely on nutritional substitutes, like heavy shakes that make one feel full and provide adequate vitamins and minerals, while reducing calories.

For others, its not appetite thats problematic, its the kind of food they eat. Certain diet programs give very strict diet regimens that promote weight loss, because of the way the body digests the food. Some are short-term, meant to shed pounds over a limited period of time; others are long-term lifestyle changes. The success of these diet programs depend largely on the persons weight loss goals and level of commitment. Needless to say, if you just want to drop a dress size for your wedding, you may not be ready to go into something long-term. But if you have health problems, and need to control cholesterol levels, then a short-term solution would not be very effective.

Other weight loss programs are closely tied with exercise routines. Of course, not all exercise regimens will appeal to an individual; some would find yoga interesting, while others would prefer something like belly dancing. The idea is that one picks what is most interesting to themthe more fun and enjoyment they derive from a routine, the more likely they will stick to it.

The mistake that many people make is that they dont consider their own lifestyle or personality when they try a diet or exercise regimen; they go with what everyone else is doing, or jump on the weight loss bandwagon on the premise that it worked for so-and-so. While its okay to experiment with different regimens (wouldnt hurt to try anything once), ultimately it is a search to find what is personally appealing.

Another secret to maintaining a diet or exercise regimen is to have very clear and realistic goals. Be thin is too general to be meaningful; pinpoint a number, and a date: Lose 15 pounds by September. And to avoid discouragement, that goal must be humanly achievable and should never compromise with ones health. If a diet makes one dizzy, or radically affects ones ability to be fully alert and functional, then stop immediately.

Luckily there is a wide variety of weight loss regimens. Theres bound to be one that will help one meet ones goals and match ones lifestyle.

    Curbing Premature Ejaculation In Men

    By: Kyle Sagaas
You have probably heard that premature ejaculation is by far the greatest dilemma of every men and their partners. As a whole, premature ejaculation happens when the male orgasm occurs even only after a very minimal amount of stimuli being exerted right after penetration. Men who experience premature ejaculation worry constantly that they are failures at having sex and thus are inadequate sexual partners. Within an existing relationship, premature ejaculation can create a major strain by making sexual contact an awkward event for both the man and the woman.

Most men experiences premature ejaculation very early in their lives. Some have experienced it at puberty while others during the latter part of their lives or when they have reached the age of 40 years old and above. With age men gradually gain control over when they ejaculate. Treatment for premature ejaculation depends on whether it is mental or physical in origin. In some cases, premature ejaculation is a symptom of an underlying psychological issue. Getting sex over with quickly, however does not really deal with the underlying problem. Some men condition themselves over time to have a quick ejaculation because they have a fear of intimacy. Good communication can go a long way in when dealing with premature ejaculation because he feels rushed or pressured to perform. A loving conversation prior to sex about expectations and how problems will be dealt with if they arise can be very reassuring to many men, and sometimes can ward off ejaculation difficulties. Having good communication could result in lasting longer during sex. It is important that both partners feel relaxed and comfortable when sexual activity is initiated, or problems could occur. Some men try so hard to please their partners that they end up rushing things and climaxing before they or their partners really want them to. After impotence, premature ejaculation is the male sexual problem that receives the most attention. Some estimates indicate that as many as 50 million men have at some time experienced at least a single premature ejaculation episode.

As for premature ejaculation, many medical experts conclude that:

    1. Premature ejaculation can affect men of all ages from all walks of life.
    2. Premature ejaculation may have been caused by sexual inexperience, anxiety, or erectile dysfunction.
    3. Of the major complaints of men and their partners, premature ejaculation is one of them.
    4. Premature ejaculation may be short term or long term depending on a case by case basis.
    5. Premature ejaculation can easily be curbed and treated by efficiently determining the underlying cause.

It is important that you know when to get expert medical help when a male partner is experiencing a sexual dysfunction as premature ejaculation, that way a medical intervention may be applied or made immediately before the condition worsens. It also requires a feeling of commitment on your part, a healthy curiosity as to how your body works, and ideally, the support of your partner. A couple must be open to the possibilities of premature ejaculation when the male partner experiences it frequently. Do not be afraid to get medical advise or to have the condition treated as soon as possible. It may sound a clich, but an ounce of prevention is indeed as always, better than a pound of cure.
